La Audiencia declara incompetente a Garzón para investigar los crímenes de la Guerra Civil y el franquismo

La Sala de lo Penal de la Audiencia Nacional ha declarado incompetente al juez Baltasar Garzón para investigar los crímenes cometidos durante la Guerra Civil y el franquismo y para ordenar la apertura de fosas, causa de la que el magistrado se inhibió el pasado día 18 en favor de los juzgados territoriales. La reunión se ha resuelto con 14 votos a favor y tres en contra y no ha estado presente el juez Guillermo Ruiz Polanco.
